Dr. Atul Kumar Pandey is Professor of Cyber Law, Chairperson of the Rajiv Gandhi National Cyber Law Centre, and Head, Department of Cyber Law at the National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal. The Centre has been established by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. He is the Founding Head of the Department of Cyber Law at NLIU.
Dr. Pandey joined NLIU, Bhopal in 2009. Prior to this, he served as Assistant Professor of Law at the National Law University, Jodhpur from 2006 to 2009. With over 15 years of teaching, research, and training experience, he has played a significant role in developing cyber law education, research, and capacity-building initiatives in India.
