Mr. Abhishek Negi

Mr. Abhishek Singh Negi is an Assistant Professor of Law at National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, focusing on Crimmigration Studies, which investigates the intersection of criminal law and immigration law. He holds an LL.M from NALSAR University of Law and a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from NUSRL, Ranchi.

He has held teaching and research positions at institutions such as Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai; Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur; and the National Institute of Securities Markets, Mumbai. With over ten peer-reviewed publications, including SCOPUS-indexed articles, and several contributions to edited academic volumes, Mr. Negi brings interdisciplinary insights to legal scholarship.

He is the Editor of the Journal of Comparative Constitutional Jurisprudence (JCCJ) and serves as Associate Editor for the International Journal of Criminal, Common and Statutory Law. He is a Life Member of the South Asian Society of Criminology and Victimology. His ongoing work includes a book manuscript titled A Handbook on Criminal Trial and a research project on legal education and artificial intelligence.
