During my three-year LL.B program, I delved deep into foundational and advanced aspects of the legal system, equipping myself with a strong understanding of jurisprudence, civil laws, and constitutional principles. - Master of Laws (LL.M):
Specializing in Commercial Laws, my LL.M program provided a platform to explore complex legal frameworks governing trade, business, and commerce. It also cultivated my interest in intellectual property rights, which would later become a focal point of my research. My dissertation on “Video Piracy” laid the groundwork for my expertise in intellectual property law. - Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.):
My doctoral thesis, Emerging Legal Issues in Patents: A Study of TRIPS with Special Reference to the Indian Patent System, represents a significant scholarly contribution. Through this research, I analyzed the challenges and opportunities presented by global patent regimes, with a focus on their implications for India. This work has been widely referenced and has influenced both academic and policy discussions.
In addition to these qualifications, I have participated in several specialized training programs and refresher courses, enhancing my expertise in multiculturalism, business negotiations, research methodology, and contemporary legal issues.
