Qualifications – BA LLB (H), LLM, UGC NET- JRF, Ph.D.
He completed his BA LLB (H) from GGSIPU, Delhi in 2015 and LLM in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in 2016 from the University School of Law and Legal Studies, GGSIPU, Delhi. In 2019 he qualified UGC NET and along with that he was awarded the Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) by UGC. He was awarded his Doctoral degree in December 2022 from the Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. The title of his thesis is “Patent Protection for Computer-Related Inventions: A Comparative Study with Special Reference to India”.
Experience – After completing LLM, he worked as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Law, Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management (affiliated to GGSIPU), Delhi for one and a half years. After that, he enrolled in the Faculty of Law, BHU for a full-time Ph.D. After submitting the thesis, he joined Amity University Noida in November 2022 as an Assistant Professor at Amity Law School Noida.
