About Her: She has completed her B. A. and LL. B. from D. D. U. Gorakhpur University, LL. M. in Corporate Law from University of Lucknow and Ph. D from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. She joined NLIU- Bhopal as Assistant Professor in June 2014 & previous to this she has been associated with DAVV- Indore during 2013-14. Dedicated, resourceful and goal-driven professional educator with a strong commitment to the academic growth and development of every student in the class. Efficiently guided UG and PG students through their project work and dissertation. Motivated students to come up with innovative ideas for project work as part of self-study and case study. She has completed her Orientation Course for Faculty members from UGC-HRDC- DAVV, Indore and Refresher Course in Law from UGC-HRDC Allahabad University. Apart from these she has been part of various Faculty Development Programmes, Seminars, Conferences and Workshops. She has presented her research work in International and National Conferences and Seminar. She is also having publication of her research works in various Journals. Dr. Padma is also contributing towards the corporate life of NLIU. She is Hostel Warden of Narmada Girls Hostel at NLIU. In addition to this she is member of Purchase Committee, member of Internal Complaints Committee, member of NAAC Coordination Committee & member of Anti Ragging Squad at NLIU.
