Vikram Amrawanshi has been working as Assistant Professor of Law at the National Law Institute University, Bhopal, since July 2024 and is currently teaching Criminology, Penology and Victimology to II Year students in the III Semester. He has also taught Family Law – I, Gender Justice and Human Rights and Law Relating to Ombudsman and Lokpal in the previous semesters to the Undergraduate and Postgraduate students. Before joining NLIU, he had worked as a Teaching and Research Associate (Law) at the Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, from July 2022 to June 2024 and had a wonderful experience in teaching various subjects and researching under various funded projects. He is also pursuing his Ph.D. in International Law and has recently been awarded the GRO – Gender Equality Studies and Training (GEST) Fellowship by the University of Iceland and UNESCO. Under this Fellowship, he will be pursuing the Postgraduate Programme in International Gender Equality Studies at the University of Iceland from January to May 2026. He has also been a recipient of the International Award for Young People (Bronze Standard) and various other accolades, and holds good experience in judging various national and international moot court competitions.
