Dr. Ayush Jaiswal

Dr. Ayush Jaiswal is an Assistant Professor of Law at the National Law Institute University, Bhopal, where he has been serving since July 2022. He holds a Ph.D. in Law from NLIU on “Best Practices in Legal Education and Research: A Comparative Analysis.” A recipient of the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) Full-Term Doctoral Fellowship, he is deeply engaged in both academic research and student development.

Ayush currently serves as the Warden of the PG Boys Hostel and is also a member of the Disciplinary Committee and the Anti-Ragging Committee of the University. He is also the Faculty-in-Charge of Athena, the University’s Cultural Cell. Prior to joining NLIU, he worked as Assistant Professor at School of Law, GITAM (Deemed to be) University, Visakhapatnam.

His academic interests include Constitutional Law, Research Methodology, Administrative Law, Health Law, and Education Law. He has contributed extensively to legal academia through numerous journal articles and edited volumes. He serves on the editorial boards of various national and international journals and has co-edited several books, including SCOPUS-indexed publications. He also frequently delivers invited lectures and conducts workshops on research methodology, legal pedagogy, and professional ethics.
