Dr. Vijay Kumar Singh completed his graduation from the University of Allahabad, Prayagraj and LL.B., LL.M. from the Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He completed his Ph.D. on Interface of Artificial Intelligence with Copyright and Patent: An International Perspective. He has teaching experience of many subjects in UG and PG courses. His core are of interest is IPR and Law of Evidence. Many research papers have been published under his authorship in different peer reviewed, UGC Care listed and Scopus indexed journals. He has two patent publications as well. Before joining NLIU, Bhopal in June 2014, he taught in HNLU, Raipur. Apart from this, he completed a course on “Intellectual Property” conducted by World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and secured very good score, thus, on that basis he has been invited to attend IPR training programme in Washington DC, USA to be held in June 2020. He also has experience of teaching and research in Warwick University of London, UK.
