Admission to Ph.D. program is done through an All-India Entrance Test conducted by the University. NLIU offers:
(i) Ph. D. in Law;
(ii) Ph.D. (Inter-disciplinary);
(iii) Ph.D. in Cyber Law and Information Security.
Teaching Assistantship may be provided to non-JRF candidates after completion of their Course-work for two years.
